Grievance Redressal Committee
Establishment of a Grievance Redressal Committee:
In compliance with the AICTE regulations for addressing grievances of students, parents, and
staff in technical institutions, the Grievance Redressal Committee of Erode Sengunthar
Engineering College has been constituted for a period of two years, comprising the following
staff members in various positions to enquire into the nature and extent of grievances. The
Committee shall recommend appropriate actions to be taken at the institutional level for their
redressal.
A mail ID has been created under the name grievancecellesec@gmail.com in
addition to the physical complaint boxes. Whenever a complaint is received, the Committee will
convene a meeting and inform the complainant at the earliest possible time.

Mechanism of the Grievance Cell :
- Collection of grievances through various modes such as in person, email, online link , tutors complaint boxes and year in-charges.
- Analyze the root cause of the problem through periodic meetings with the committee members.
- Identifying alternate course of actions.
- Finding the best feasible solution
- Report submitted to Principal and Management for approval
- Implementing the solution
- Collecting feedback from the person concerned.
- A meeting is conducted periodically to discuss the issues and identify feasible solution.
- However, based on the severity of the problem, meetings are conducted immediately to solve the problem.
