Department of Computer Science and Design

VISION

To offer a strong prominence on creating technically talented individuals in the Department of Computer Science and Design who can recognize global challenges based on necessity and act accordingly with responsibility.

MISSION

  • To get strong on the basics of computer science and design by analyzing the concept’s logic with real time scenarios.

Programme Educational Objectives

1. Students will be able to relate fundamental knowledge of computer science and critically analyse problems to develop the design for engineering and scientific applications.

2. Students will be able to design and develop systems by appropriate technology using the concepts of basic science, computer engineering and other related disciplines for engineering / social applications.

3. Students will be able to apply domain knowledge and expertise for enhancing research capability to transform innovative ideas into reality.

4. Students will be employable in industries/public sector/research organizations or work as an entrepreneur. Excellence in professionalism, moral and ethical conduct, understanding of social context and interpersonal skills with adaptable communication to develop a global view among graduates so that they can appreciate diversity in the world and in intellectual pursuits.
